Energise and strengthen your body and mind with the Yang — a dynamic practice suitable for all levels of experience.
Still the mind and find serenity and calm with the Yin — Enjoy the introspective quiet practice of Yin Yoga.
Explore combining the two to make a full rounded practice for body and mind, combined with guided meditations, pranayama, and yoga nidra.
The cost is only £380 per person for a shared room or £480 for a single room for the full weekend, including all food, and all yoga sessions.
Venue, Accommodation, Food
Poulstone Court Retreat Centre is a charming Victorian country house set in peaceful surroundings in the Wye Valley in an area designated as one of natural outstanding beauty.
The house is on three floors and surrounded by its own grounds. The house has six bathrooms, four with showers and an additional four separate shower rooms.
All food on the weekend is included in the cost. The food is vegetarian, delicious and plentiful!
The recipes at Poulstone Court Retreat Centre have been developed over a period of twenty five years. They are hugely popular, so much so that Poulstone has now its own recipe book. Poulstone also caters for vegan and gluten free diets (Please let us know in advance if this applies to you).
Yoga and Activities
All levels of experience and ability are welcome.
The morning sessions will focus on a dynamic invigorating practice which is great fun and very rewarding.
The afternoon sessions will be more gentle, focussing on Yin Yoga, holding postures for longer, and working deeper into the connective tissues.
The evening sessions will include meditations, pranayama, and yoga nidra, to wind down before bed. You will definitely sleep well!
All yoga equipment is provided in the studio, i.e. yoga mats, blocks and belts. Please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due in January 2027.
