Majorca Ashtanga Yoga Holiday
19th - 26th April 2025
Join Dave for a week exploring the traditions and lineage of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Two yoga sessions each day with plenty of free time to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings and recharge with delicious food (& wine!).
Price is £950 per person. Price includes accommodation, all yoga sessions and delicious vegetarian meals (Special dietary requirements can be catered for).
Venue and Accommodation
The holiday is based at La Serrania, a beautiful retreat centre in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains in northern Majorca.
Accommodation is based on twin or double rooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. Each room has an en suite bathroom and private terrace.
All food is vegetarian and delicious! Special diets can be catered for if notified in advance.
Yoga and Activities
All levels of experience and ability are welcome. The morning sessions will focus on the Ashtanga Primary Series. This flowing style of yoga asana (postures) requires discipline and stamina, but is great fun and very rewarding.
The afternoon sessions will be more gentle with specific focus on meditation, yoga technique, and deep relaxation.
You can do as much or as little yoga as you want, it’s your holiday!
All yoga equipment is provided in the studio, i.e. yoga mats, blocks and belts. Please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. The main morning ashtanga practice is scheduled before breakfast and second yoga session with meditation/relaxation before dinner.
Exploring the local are on foot is a great way to spend some of the free time between yoga sessions, or there are many beautiful beaches a short drive away.

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due in February 2025.
